Chaka.ng is a property of Chaka Technologies Limited, a company duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Nigeria. Chaka.ng is the App implemented by Chaka Technologies Limited to provide marketing, customer service, operations, and technology services to brokers on behalf of their customers. Chaka.ng, Chaka.io, Chaka.com, and Chaka Technologies Limited are legal entities in Nigeria.

To ensure regulatory compliance, proper market behavior, and security of investors, all brokerage investments are facilitated by Citi investment Capital Limited, a licensed Nigerian stockbroking firm registered with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). All fund offerings are facilitated by Citi Asset Management Limited, an asset management firm registered with SEC. Customers registered with Chaka will perform Verification before being able to participate in the securities markets or make investments.

All international investing services are facilitated by Citi Investment Capital Ltd and Citi Asset Management Ltd. These services are provided by Citi Investment Capital Ltd and Citi Asset Management Ltd, in conjunction with a licensed American brokerage, who is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), which protects securities customers of its members up to $500,000 (including $250,000 for claims for cash).
